  • Interpersonal Neurobiology - This approach combines an understanding of how you relate to others, as well as knowledge of brain science to enhance your awareness of how your body and nervous system have had to survive in the past and present

It’s part of making your valuable therapeutic time safe, approachable, and available to you in a way that meets and tunes into your body’s needs.

(Plus, I personally always have a blanket nearby to be cozy!)
